Will your Online Framing system accurately represent the frame I have chosen?
Our frames and mounts have been photographed in such a way that they are as clear and as accurate as possible, although there may be some minor variation in appearance onscreen and to the naked eye. For example, your computer screen can display things slightly differently which may affect colours. Some very detailed patterns may also be slightly affected by the online system display, depending on dimensions it is trying to emulate.
Can I ask for a refund should I change my mind?
If you are not happy with your frames for a genuine reason, we will replace or refund. As all of our frames are manufactured to your individual requirements we are not able to re-sell them, for this reason we will ask you to send us pictures of any issues and call us within 7 days of delivery explaining your genuine reason for a return. Unless we have made a mistake with your order the cost of returning the item will not be covered by us.
Can I see a sample of frames before buying?
Yes - please get in touch with the details of the frame (name and product code if possible) and we will be happy to send out some samples. Postal charges could apply.
Can you provide frames that aren't shown on your website?
Yes - we show hundreds of our most popular frames online, but there are others to choose from which may not be in stock. Give us a call for more information.
How long does it take for my frame to be delivered?
We aim to manufacture your frames and dispatch them for delivery within approximately 5 working days, subject to stock, workload, and delivery method. In the unlikely event that the frame you have chosen is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. You can arrange an alternate frame for your artwork in most cases.
How do I check the status of my order?
Feel free to call or email us during business hours. We will be able to give you an idea of delivery timescales.
What happens if goods are damaged in delivery?
If you find your goods are damaged in transit, please call us. We will manufacture replacement frames as soon as possible and dispatch them to you.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments online through Paypal, which accepts all major debit and credit cards worldwide. You don't need an account with Paypal – simply enter your card details when prompted as with any other online transaction.
Is your website safe and secure?
Our online payment gateway is through Paypal which is a widely used and very reliable way to process online transactions and secure data transmission from your computer to our web site. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties.
